there r no modded lobbies for mw2 pc. theres only EAM (Easy Account Manager)

unless u mean dedicated servers.

I can make a server and change the dvars... So yes there is a modded lobby.

No, it's a modded lobby. You edit the games code to unlock the console and host with it.
