Have you updated and installed the latest Net Framework?

If you have you should say this in your first post as this will 99.999% chance be the problem causing that type of error.

And thus if you don't say you have already done it, all you will get is everyone saying update Net framework.

The three likely problems causing this error are.

1. A virus on your system
2. A .Net Framework issue
3. Or an over zealous third party firewall; such as Comodo, blocking the application from running correctly.

I would personally try 2, then 3, then 1 in that order to fix it.
