You either go 3rd person mode or you go spectator while someone does the 360 and you record it

...Or you could Re-act the part where you run up to do your 360 on private match or something then blend the clips when your just about to spin for your 360 have your 360 on normal? :confused:

If you follow a player on spectate you can record him but you will see the callsign and you have only a limited rotation that also depends from where the player is going

if you spectate free you can just move where you want, and its more "cinematic"

Or you can just go in a hardcore match and hold a equipment i think:
