Nope.. I think it's only J-Tagged Xboxes and iso's that can do Infected Lobbies.. but I am not to smart when it comes to console hacking.

you can get infected by joining a Jtag-hosted lobby in system link or in a private match, when you are infected you can also infect other people through a private match.
