Post: How do you record ?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I'm asking you guys how do you record ? ( what do you use ? ).... it is possible to record without a camera... ? like with a DVD player connected to your ps3 or whatever...

It is possible to use a dvd player, but not preferred. If you are playing in HD, you need a cap card that can take HD input such as composite (RBG) or HDMI, like the Black Magic Intensity Pro or Avermedia HD DVR. But you need a good computer to go with it. But if you are playing in SD you can just buy a dazzle, which seems to be the most common choice. But your computer still needs decent specs to record with that too.

ok so as i have a HD tv what should i use if i dont want to spend a lot on this ? :P

I have the Avermedia HD DVR, which is the cheaper option (but its also kinda hit or miss) and the Black magic is the better option.

so what should i use if i dnt wanna spend too much and i have an HD tv Smile ?

Ok, I would either go with the You must login or register to view this content., or if you are Computer-smart and want an internal card (and have the right slots), go with the [ame="https://www.amazon.com/Blackmagic-Design-Intensity-Editing-Express/dp/B001CN9GEA"]BlackMagic Intensity Pro[/ame]



But this is all assuming your computer can handle it.
