In the back of the trailer park, on top of a truck you can find a Garden Gnome who can't take its eyes off a blow-up doll. (The same blow-up doll you find in the basement of estate and in the bathroom in the campaign.)

Inside of one the trailer homes is a barber shop pole, the same found on Karachi. Although you can't enter the trailer, you can see through a window the barber shop pole.

On the outskirts of the map, there are several perfect condition fighter jets (Nothing like the Airplane junk yard). There are about 7 of them and they have an Infinity Ward symbol on them and some other symbols.

Finally, I just found this funny, there is a trailer home with a hole in the roof. And what caused that hole is a huge airplane turbine that fell through the roof. When you go in the trailer you can't get in that room because the door can't move past it.
