Well if i have firmware 3.30 on ps3 , will the ps3 hdd studio recognize the Hard disk of PS3? (connected to pc with sata cable)

no i don't think so thats why everyone is trying to downgrade their Firmware.
Try going onto ebay or gamestop and buying an older PS3 w/ a less updated Firmware

Run HDD Studio as Administrator, If it recognizes your Ps3 HD it should be.. 75 Gb or something, that's what mine is Smile
