Infected lobby is like the jtag mods on xbox 360 that can be spread like an infection, the only mod out for infection so far is super sprint/unlimited sprint.

well if your asking these questions you will not be able to make any of those things

Jtag is when u dump your xbox's nand so it lets you run your own code.
And making a superspeed lobby i'm sorry but i don't know how.
Just join somebodys game that has it and when you host a private match you will have it too, if you go in public or turn off your ps3 you won't have it anymore.
