Well it seems that both of these are picked as the most used SMG's for rushing classes. The MP5 seemed to be used more becuase of its sheer ability to take down anybody with barely any recoil.

Which do you like better? I personally think the MP5 should've been brought back, but not as the stupid mp5k..

Well to be honest I don't really care for the MP5. It is a great gun, but I always preferred the AK-74u or the P90. So I'd have to go with the UMP 45. But on another note the MP5K is actually an amazing gun, if you put on ext. mags or FMJ, once you get used to it, it'll do some damage

i would have rather had the AK-74 that gun was amazing in COD 4 but i guess i would pick the Mp5 since its the easiest gun in the world to get a kill with even if you dont aim

I think UMP45 Silencer is still better :/.

The mp5k silencer is aiiight i guess. But the ak74u was an amazing gun too. The ump45 just doesn't do it for me.

I don't know what it is about the AK-74u, it's just a lot of fun to use. I wish they had brought that back instead of the mini-uzi, seriously.

The UMP45 is better because it is more HIGH TEC and the MP5 is older and i would choose the UMP45
