Have you tried right clicking it and using "Run as administrator" i tried that and it worked for me.

yea either run as admin or you dont have framework 4.1 or something. or try disabling firewall.

when firewall comes up press allow if you are not admin do run as admin to patch blocker

just run as administrator ... easy as that
