Post: HDD Studio Find & Merge???Q???

I know it has to be bigger than that, cause my friends Merged Image was, So if any one can tell me what might be wrong or do I need an 80GB first edition to do this with? Do i need to go to FW 3.30 for this to work? for the 80GB I have now.
If any one has an answer please reply, I need to figure out what its doing,
