did you use a decompressor at all? need more details on what you did.

I swear it blocks you from copying the file back.....

I am on 3.30 firmware. I didn't have that problem... it's too hard to to know what's going on here... Maybe try to redo from the beginning. I know it's takes lots of time, but it maybe the best way to insure that your .bin file will be right when you finally finish decrypting the hhd.
