same as you buddy, no further than extracting patch or decompressing zlibs, tried both ways with fftool and R-studio??

u need to edit mp.ff when you have decompressed it. To get it recompressed you have to find how the fast file tool compresses it n recompress the same way. I think icompvir knows how 2 do this. Then once done encrypt your hardrive put bk in test

STOP SEARCHING PS3 DOESNT WORK WITH THE PATCH_MP.FF so you cant get it on your PS3 because you dont know whats the Folder called example: PS3/Patches or anything like this .. so you have to decrypt the ps3's hdd and if you done everything right you wont get the Patch_mp.ff your the Scripts in it.

I know that and also how to edit it with all values i want to add to my lobby etc.. The question is i cannot decompress it?? I need info on how to decompress/extract from the file extracted from hdd with IWFF headers which so far two theories are scan the IWFF files from HD in R-studio for coloured blocks(which doesnt work as the block shows as unrecognised) or remove the first 25 bytes then run through FF tool but that creates 64kb dump files which is in jargon so still nothing to work with??

well i have decrypted my HDD succesfully but do not know how to decompress the "scripts" from the IWFF patch files??

lol you dont have to... if you encrypt the hdd EVERYTHING will be encrypted
