My no scoping class:

Intervention FMJ
Magnum FMJ
throwing knife
stun grenade
slight of hand pro
stopping power pro
steady aim pro
pain killer

Tip 1

Line your intervention/barret up with the person until the hit marker lines turn red or the person is in line with the lines then shoot you should always get them!

Tip 2

If you dont have enough time to line it up try and dodge there bullets until you get close enough then shoot! NOTE: The closer you are the more chance you have of killing them! Never try to No scope from far away it = EPIC FAIL!

Tip 3

Drop shot no scopes, okay i find these the hardest things in the world! so my tip of killing people with them is this, 1st off find some one, then stand up then jump then crouch and then lay down all at the same time then shoot this is the easyist way i find!

Tip 1: is a lie, you will not always get them

Tip 2: don't ask for reputation, or a nomination, or even a thank

Tip 3: double-tapping Y (or triangle) is a tactic that some people use.. although I don't think it helps

When I no-scope I jerk backwards, then shoot.

Put him slightly left of your sight, and jerk left when you shoot.
