okay i used the ps3 proxy server to get the patch (on the 3.30 should i use the 3.15 to get it?) what now

i have but i just dont get the read-me and i have only a half of a video tut (it goes up to b4 locating the dummy key) if you could help or point me towards a tut for it please do
