What you need to do is get a predator missile, call it in with about three seconds left, make sure it doesn't hit the ground, then you should be free to run around after the game has ended for a while. As you can see i ran up behind the enemies and i'm sure they were surprised.

when you are doing this you can go through death barriers, i did this and fell off of highrise. i fell to the ground and walked around for a sec before it ended
