It connects to matchmaking servers every time you go on multiplayer. I was just thinking of what other files we could replace. This wouldn't be cought by a checksum =p I have no idea how to get the matchmaking servers link though.

Well, it seems like an OK idea. We should look into it. The whole proxy server seems like the right way to go.

How would you go about doing this? Oh sure... We can change a few things and some numbers here and there... But what it comes down to is, the fact that it will only accept .pkg and not .ff. So go about on your quest to find the signing keys for .pkg encryption. You will fail.

From what I understand ps3 proxy logs all connections and then you make it so everytime the PS3 looks for that connection the proxy intercepts it and replaces it with the file on your PC

however, when i connected to MW2 earlier to see what it downloaded there were no links in the log for it... so im not sure how you would put in a link for it to intercept and replace

you are 100% off dude no one is talking about fast files or .pkg's we are talking about spoofing a network connection and sending a modded .cfg \ connecting to a alternet server some what alteriw net for pc.

I think he means when you connect it says "connecting to match making server... downloadin game settings" n all of that

he wants to replace what is downloaded there with a file on your comp... but when it does that stuff PS3 proxy doesnt log any links so you cant replace with anything, if you see what I mean
