Try uninstall it, then re-install it hopefully it will work for you :p

You get an error message right?
Saying do download .net framework version (forgot which one)
Tell me the error code and I'll help you.

Uninstall Patch Blocker then go to google and type " Download Net FrameWork 1.1 "

Then re-download patch blocker and it will work.

I don't need headshots.

at the bottom there is a link for framework 1.14

download that for it to work
