When u first start the proxy and turn the patch blocker on it will let u sign in. But when u start up MW2 it signs u out so go to the main menu click multiplayer click PLAY ONLINE then sign in only once and it wont let u sign in there will be a message on the screen just back out of the message. So then go back on to ur computer or laptop and cancel the patch blocker. Then start up the patch blocker again and click PLAY ONLINE againg then just sign back in and it should work.
