Secondarys and knifes are O.K.

Usually, if someone is close enough to get killed by your secondary or knife, you won't want to miss a quickscope. If you miss it, pull your secondary out and kill them. What's to stop them doing the same to you?

Considering this is a public match, people run around with marathon, lightweight and commando, OMA and noob tubes and fully automatic guns. Using a sniper rifle such as the intervention where if you miss one shot, if not two shots, you will usually die to people using the above.

Unless it's a sniper private lobby, knifes and secondarys are O.K. in my opinion.

I just wouldn't bother with them, I hardscope, as this is how a sniper is meant to be used in real life and hardscoping is what I do best.

So let them play how they want to, after all, it's not loge before Black Ops come out and we can have a good game, well this is what I hope any way

Lol,yea i no what your saying but they just talk sooo much crap... and no matter WHAT gun you use,you could use a M9 silence without ever aiming and there will say "OHHHH MYYY GOOOOD what a M9 noob" it just makes me confused

LOL from the title I was expecting a video of people sniping the chickens in cages on some of the maps or something =D

but it does annoy me when people use their secondary 80%+ of the time then brag in the lobby after how they are an amazing sniper...

When I go into public matches, I mute everyone except people I'm in a party with.

Really, everyone gets angry in the game. If they get angry at you, you're killing them. You're half-way there to figuring out how to play MW2, now onto lesson 2, camping. (For those that was thinking I was being serious, I was being sarcastic)

People are taking 'quickscoping' to far. And im not saying that too many people are quickscoping, im saying that people think thats all that snipers are supposed to Quickscope to be 'good'.
If somebody is running at me with an ump and i miss a quickscope then without hesitation i will pullout my secondary. Ill probably be called a noob but honestly, UMP vs. Pistol? shouldnt be a nooby kill.
And another way i think this has gone too far is that i got called a noob for using steady aim...
All i can say is i hope they make the Black Ops sniping take WAY more skill than MW2 especially quickscoping, just so people dont think you always gotta quickscope.

That is one thing that really pisses me off with MW2, If I ever get a Hardscope kill I get bitched at about how "Im NoT MlG bEcAuSe I dIdNt QuIcKsCoPe!11!"

just dont listen to them, i always listen to my music so i never hear what anyone else is saying but just mute them or whatever

It just pisses me off when they think they get a nuke, but in reality they just pull out their akimbo G18s and get 6 kills, and 1 hardscoping kill.
