Alejandro Rojas Is A High Ranking Munitions Trader. He Started At the Bottom Of The Food Chain Selling Munition To Local Gangs And Worked His Way Up And Eventually Sold Weapons To Terrorist Groups. Task Force 141 Tracked Down Rojas In An Attempt To Prove Americas Innocence In The Brutal Attack Towards Russian Civis Planned And Coordinated By Vladimir Makarov. Rojas Is Wanted Dead By Several People Like General Shepherd, Makarov, And The Militia. He Is Wanted By Shepherd So That He Cannot Confess That Shepherd Had Any Involvement With Makarov.
