okay here is a noob friendly tut

Go to PS3 XMB
Go under games
Saved Data Utility
Scroll to MW2
Press triangle
Click delete
play MW2
Reinstall patch

enjoy.

If its the xbox idk at all.

Like people said.Delete your patch and you will lose your map packs.

See I don't know if it is your save data or Game data and i just didnt want to start deleting stuff.
