The Teddy bear is a sign of Grief by one of the Devolopers.
That devoloper lost a daughter during the making of Call of Duty 4.
There is only 1 teddy bear that i know that is on Call of Duty 4.
She died of Cancer.
The Last thing she had in her hands was a teddy bear.
The devoloper decided to make this game dedicated to her.
All the teddy bears on MW2 were made in memory of the girl.
The Girls father could be Haggerty or Alexander Roycewicz.
I saw this on another site. So this is not mine but it seems quite interesting.

Not really.. You dont just put it on one map and forget about it.. She probably died while he was editing the map/making it so he put something to do with her in the game which many people will play.
