First join SnD or whatever, when you get killed and your spectating(watching someone) hit (Y) so it is in 3rd person and during game winning kill, its zoomed in

Well there's one thing that could have done before the game came out to fix most glitches.

You have a point but a glitch is a glitch. If IW would focus on fixing the game then half of these exploits and hacks would be patched.
