You need a program called XPADDER I tried it and it worked.
I first installed the motionjoy or windows driver package software so my pc could recognize my DUAL SHOCK 3.
Then I installed xpadder and remap the controller keys to match MW2 as the vid below is WOW

Then go 2 the games settings and select joysticks and fix the controls you want

thanks, i have been looking for this. is that tutorial exactly the same for a dualshock controller? im thinking of getting BO for pc if its hackable and make modded lobbies to make some money
