im not experienced with this but as far is i know from cod4 its a binded button thats why it says unbound

The patch you are using doesn't recognise the buttons on your controller e.g patch was mad eon the pc then put on xbox but button binds were not updated to xbox buttons.

I had the post_code thing replaced with a modded one where the button layout was reassigned so the controller couldn't figure it out. Replaced it with the original so I'm all set. Thanks for all your help. You can close this.
