if you want to get in a lobby with this mod click on the video link and the guy seems to be letting you in for a donation to his paypal.

But be warned its for PC only at the moment (i think) so dont donate unless you have pc version

No its not, i dont think so anyway since its done with GSC coding (the codes that ALL versions of mw2 are written in it can be used on xbox and ps3.
