What does "10th prestiges that have nothing better to do" have anything to do with quickscoping?

he wants to find people that are really good at quickscoping, but aren't tenth prestige... since being hacked to ninth prestige is apparently SOOOO much better

im just saying that tenth prestiges do nothing but stupid stuff including quick scopes because theyre tenth prestige and no longer have a goal in the game but to piss people off by being fags
