The error code 80028EA6 keeps coming up. I use verizon DSL, tried different computers, (does playing another PS3 while using the patche effect it, I have several PS3's) used windows 7, XP, took the firewall down, unpluged the router and ps3, got the IP add from CMD. What am I doing wrong? HELP!!! I been trying this hours.

then it dosnt work most likey its ur computers

go to "start" then click on "run" then type in "cmd" then command prompt will pop up then in cmd type "ipconfig" the it will show what ip to use and use that ip

I did do that still it does not work, still get the error code 80028EA6 everytime. The CMD on my netbook, and desktop.

I have verizon too, but mine works fine. Are you using anon? if not then I suggest you do.

Because it finds out your IP ;!!;!;!

if your using anon proxy remember to put your port as 8080
