Decompress the patch_mp to access the raw gsc files

The compression is windows -15 value

You can use .ff viewer. I dont have the link though sorry.

You extract the .gcs Files from the .ff Patch if you didnt know.

Wtf -15 value, Ok I got it

If you press enter as soon as you drag offzip into command prompt it will display the help screen. It says the default byte value is 15
But he needs to change the value to -15
Using the correct commands ie -a -z (tell program you want to change the value) the -15 ( the value itself) hope I have made it a bot clearer
