Class you will need
Primary: Doesn't Matter
Secondary: Doesn't Matter
Equipment: Throwing Knife
First Perk: Marathon
Second Perk: Light Weight
Third Perk: Cammando

Your just going to knife someone and as soon as you lunge take out your throwing knife you won't kill them and it should just look like you teleported. Test this with a friend and Cammando is in fact a teleport perk. Try it in game winning kill cam and people will be like WTF.So enjoy.
