Looking at this program, the first link that pops in the logs is this:

What if there was a way to alter this file for FW3.15?

So that when you log in to PSN instead of seeing

    CompatibleSystemSoftwareVersion=3.1500

You see this:

    CompatibleSystemSoftwareVersion=3.4100

This is just me throwing in a random idea. Flames allowed. lol. Doesn't bother me.

I have tried many methods of this. I even got it to attempt to download before. But it just errors on the download.

Once you sign in, the first link that comes up on the log is, like a 'check', of your FW. Maybe you can alter that in a way.

Sorry, I have not tried this. That's because I am on the latest firmware. This is for all you '3.15' users.

But the chaces of it messing up your fw are high

How will it mess up your fw?

Just in-case it doesnt work and you connect online to psn it will download the latest fw
