This guide will help better your MW2 Free For All Experience and improve your gameplay. Remember that If your new to MW2 it is best that you play a team match and not one where you are going solo.

Index:

1. Alone

2. Kills

3. Maps

4. Weapons

5. Perks

6. Opinions & Personal Experiences

Guide:

1. Alone:

In a free for all your are alone. There are no team mates to rely on or to help save you. Getting a kill will alert every player in the area. Even if you are using a silencer it is best to keep on the move. Everytime you die its another kill that could have been yours.

2. Kills:

When getting your streaks, use them to your advantage (uav or predator missile) to show you where your enemy is. Utilize you tactics and remember there usually is someone behind you. If there are enemy's battling it out use it to your advantage and throw a grenade. At the same time look for other players trying to do the same thing.

3. Maps: Some weapons are good for long ranging and some are good for close quarters combat. Best are the assault rifles as they are good at many ranges in any map.

4. Weapons:

Snipers:

Intervention- FMJ or (full metal jacket)

Barrett .50cal- FMJ

Snipers can be used in any ranges depending on how good one is. All things such as quickscoping and hardscoping fall under the "experienced field".

Assault Rifles:

Any Assault rifles will do but these two are recommended:

Scar-H with silencer (All ranges & Has Amazing Damage)

ACR with silencer (All Ranges & Low Damage)

Sub Machine Guns:

(Most Recommended on any map Except Wasteland)
Sub Machine Guns are recommended when "running and gunning" or "ghosting".

Mp5k-Any attachments

UMP- Silencer (Highly Recommended For Use In Free For All's)

5. Perks

For submachine guns-

*Marathon Pro

*Lightweight Pro

*Ninja Pro

For snipers-

*Slight of hand pro

*Stopping power pro

*Ninja Pro Or any other third

For assault rifles-

Any type of perk can be used for assault rifles depending on what you like.

6. Opinions & Personal Experiences:

In my opinion free for all's are fun and keep you on the edge almost all the time. I have the most fun playing free for all's because if I lose there is no one to blame but yourself. One time I went in a free for all (late). The game was already five kills in. I took out my Ump Silenced and took out seven guys running and gunning. Then I used my harriers and came back to the same spot that I had previously been to and got some more kills. In the process I must have ran through a set of weapons because my ammo was low. Then I got my chopper gunner and destroyed everyone. I had about three kills left to get so I decided to joke around at the end. My endgame score was 30 to 3.

Remember any gun is useful in a free for all. Your out of ammo? Pick anything up unless it is low on ammo too. Remember to kill a few and not be greedy and hang back. Practice makes perfect and for a good game.

Hope This Guide Helps

I disagree. I use to never play free for all but still had multiple accounts with over 2 kill to death ratio. Then when I started playing free for all, I found it harder to get higher kill streaks and do good. Now I find them easier and can get those higher kill streaks and lots of my nukes have come from free for all but before I use to suck.

People who are new to free for all are obviously going to find it challenging in a sense since they will not know a lot about it. Now I know to stay on the edges of the map, and that the spawns are messed up, but I did not know that before.

ffa is easy though. Most people suck and it isn't hard to stay alive. I just run around a corner and expect see someone there. The games over before you know it.

No, this is a complete guide to F4A with in depth tips.
Assault Rifle with Silencer
Shotgun with Grip or Extended Mags
Claymore
Stuns/ flashes
Scavenger
Stopping Power
Ninja

Claywhore in a building and build up your killstreak. Learn the spawns so they don't wank you over. raep dem skrubz lululul

I usually only use FFA for fun or to complete attachments for guns. Throwing Knife only is pretty fun as is quickscope practice

Completely agreed.
FFA is usually full of people that haven't unlocked other gametypes, or just suck in general as they find other gametypes too challenging. I play FFA when I feel like playing crappy players, and its really not hard to succeed at it haha

Any other feedback?

I do agree free for all is a easy game mode, because it is the first one unlocked so you get a lot of noobs and people just messing around.
