No... Lol. Capture the Flag was added back. How slow of you to notice. It has been there since the last update.

that has nothing to do with a new dlc. iw was getting complaints for removing the game modes and they put them back in in place of the map pack playlists. But it is very possible that a new dlc will be coming soon.
