it got deleted after i prestige hacked one of my accounts. can some one please help

I assume you are on PS3 looking at your icon. Go to the Playstation Store and go to the section called downloads and redownload

Well go back on the account you did download it off, and go to the downloads section on their PS Store. Problem solved.
If you no longer have access to that account, then you have to either buy it, ask someone to share with you or deal without (the pack sucks anyway, I deliberately deleted it.)
