Do a barrel roll!
He gets a ipod app where you can shoot guns or whatever and a couple of them are like the M16, Mp5, and .50 cal, and he thinks they copied MW2.
My last, and worst example is on BFBC2 theres the M95, which is a bolt action .50 cal, and my brother asked me, "BC2 is so unrealistic, the .50 cal is bolt action! .50 cals are semi auto right?" Everything is related to cod

Schools are supposed to teach him the names of guns and that's IW doesn't own them? Plus no, not all little kids are dumb.
