What do you mean RFOM bypasses that arent patched?

if you bypass and play with it nothing is patched so its running on 1.0.
And no you dont have to delete your MW2 data to play with the bypass.

what can u bypass to get cool stuff?

You can bypass all the patches they've made so your playing like it was the day it came out. So the models have their REALLY lomg range and there's the unlimited care package glitch is do-able. Basically you can do any glitches that there have been in the game.
