Yes, as well as the M9 silenced will still show on the map. Infinity Ward is too stupid to patch it.

The M240s silencer also does nothing.

Yeah it does show up. So there's no point in using a silencer with it. Also, if you attach FMJ on the MG4 it shows the attachment as Explosive Rounds.

And silencers increase recoil on all guns, excluding the TMP, M93 Raffica, ACR, and the FAMAS.

Agreed, what your saying there is ridiculous. Is that your opinion just stated as hard fact?
After heavy personal experience with all of those weapons, I can happily say that they all get recoil, its just hard to tell because the guns have such little recoil originally. (In my opinion anyway.)

Ummmm, dunno where you got that fact from but it's not correct. Silencers will reduce recoil, especially on the M21. Yes maybe they do on some guns but most of the time they reduce recoil.
