This is great for private matches and cheaters online that you don't like but you are still the host. You will need a wireless connection on a laptop or somthing for my method to work, there might be another way to do it without though.

Download ZoneAlarm Pro link: You must login or register to view this content.

Type in this serial>> 7jn2c-edd54-at7ht-jd1n8u-bqvcq0 (Thanks Foolnesss for the code + link)

Download Cain and Abel: You must login or register to view this content.

Now, You'll need to set up a bridged connection, we can do this by going to network connections and showing all the connections. Then highlighting the local and wireless connections at the same time, right clicking and click bridge (picture example will be added if needed).

Now open command prompt and type in "netsh bridge show adapter" without the quotes. Find which number your wireless connection has in front of it and type "netsh bridge set adapter (whatever your number is) enable". (You must login or register to view this content.) (You must login or register to view this content.)

1) Now that you have everything set up, connect a ethernet cable to the laptop and ps3 and connect online wirelessly on the laptop and select wired connection on the ps3. Connecting can be hard but you should make it.

2) Open up both programs (zone alarm pro and cain) and put both of zone alarms firewall to "off". Now setting up cain is hard to explain so bare with me.

-With cain opened you must go to the top bar and select "configure". Now select the device which has numbers in it (You must login or register to view this content.) and click okay. Once that is done you must click on sniffer and then host (which is at the bottom). Then click the start sniffer at the top and then the + sign to start scaning (make sure ps3 is online) (You must login or register to view this content.)
Once that is done go over to APR tab, which is at the bottom, Then go over to the status at the top, click it and hit the + button again. On the left side click whatever your modem/routers Ip was and click okay, then on the right side click on the Ip adress that your ps3 is using. Both of these you got when you scanned.
Now click on the nuke looking thing that is next to the start/stop sniffer and you will posion your ip address and when your in mw2 lobbys/partys you will get other peoples ip addresses. You have completed the cain side.

3) Wth zone alarm pro opened, (firewalls should both be off) go into zone and add your network to "internet" if not already (do this by clicking on entry type and selecting internet) and add your ip address of your modem (default gateway, use command prompt and type in ipconfig), hit apply at the bottom before it deletes what you typed in. Now add your ip address of your computer, which can also be found with ipconfig. With that you are all set up.

4) Finding your friends ip address with cain can be hard, depending on how many people are in the party/lobby. If your friend is the host, then he will be the guy who you are sending the most packets too (or receiving).
Once you find all your friends add them to your trusted list on zone alarm pro. Now when people join that you dont want, and you are the host, go to your firewall and turn internet zone security to "high" intill they time out. Don't keep it on for too long or your can disconnect yourself.

5) If you just want to kick someone who just joined, find the guy with the least number of packets going in or out, add his ip address to the block list and turn internet sec. to "mid". You might be able to keep it on if you want as it never had it disconnected me before, it seems if you keep it on, they can't rejoin either.

The Problems: It seems you randomly can get disconnected at times, (I get dissconnected once every 2 hours or so sometimes), Also your internet seems to slow down and your ps3 can have trouble connecting.

Its worth it in the end, as not having to end the match when your in the middle of a quick scoping/zombies/M.M.. Ive also stayed on for 6 hours before getting the boot before. I hate verizon DSL.

If you set the firewall to full it would log you out very quickly but now what i've done is:
looked with cain what ip adress it connects with when you are in a private match.

That ip adresses i put as trusted into zone alarm.
Put the firewall to full and now it is still working Happy.
Im not getting signed out when i have the firewall on full and no one can join only if i add their ip adresses as allowed Happy

This are the ip adresses I allwoed:
1. 198.107.129.104
2. 69.60.4.116
3. 209.170.122.204
4. 198.107.130.132
5. 92.123.64.184
6. 92.123.65.88
7. 209.170.122.124
8. 198.107.131.116
9. 198.107.129.125
10. 63.241.188.202
But I think they are diffrent for every country these are for the netherlands

Also note that when you have the firewall on full the xmb will be very slow and that some features do not work.

--edit--
dont mind still logs you out after 1 hour

I often just add my friends to my list and when people join, they get suddenly signed out, or if many people are in the match, following the runes, and some1 bad joins, i find their ip, put it in the block list, and put firewall on mid, and they go bye-bye.

Remember to add in your default modems gateway ip address and your computers ip address, and you shouldn't get signed out when firewall is on high, unless your not the host.

No but it is a very long winded process just to kick people, effective, but time consuming.
