First rule, if you are playing Tummy Sticks, you have to have the Dildo equiped as your primary weapon and it needs to have anal penetration unlocked. JK!

I have only done quickscoping battles. The rules I have typically seen and played with are these:

Primary: Intervention only
FMJ or Thermal only

Secondary: doesnt matter because you cant use it

throwing knife allowed (think it depends on who is hosting it)

No stuns or flashes

Health either half or full

Perks doesnt matter (you will see snipers use commando pro for the ability to jump shot or whatever you call it from high distances, like on top of the tower thing in Rust)

I am not a pro, my K/D isnt even over 1.0. So dont take this advice as written in stone. This is just what I have seen.
