❶. Go to My Xbox and open System Settings.

❷. Select Family Settings, Xbox LIVE Controls.

❸. Enter the e-mail address and password that you used when you set up your Xbox LIVE account.

❹. Select Privacy and Friends, Voice and Text

❺. Select Allowed, Friends Only, or Blocked.

❻. Select Friends Only or Blocked to STOP ALL Incoming Messages!

❼. Just return back to normal when you play other game modes this way you can play Ground War in Peace
