First you don't install it.
Second you need to go on the net and find a program called Modern Warfare 2 Liberation.
You need to download it for those mods to work on PC.

1: Find and Download MW2 Liberation.
2: Extract all the files
3: Put the GodlyModz/Undead HaVoC Patch in the mods folder that came with MW2 Liberation
4: Open MW2 Liberation
5: If you are banned, enable the startup script on the right and whatelse you want
6: Go to the drop down menu for mods and select your mod.
7: Start steam
8: Start Game in MW2 Liberation. OWN. NOOBS.
