when i start mw2 and press on the multiplayer menu it freeze directly nothing happend still blackscreen !?!

so why is this not working for me , is this maybe because i hav a german version of mw2 BLES00686 ??

must i change the values or something??

can someone help me and describe detailed all the step how it works on my version or give me the right modded patch for my region , thx
