Tar silenced is the best. If you're using cold blooded you might as well take full advantage of it by using the silencer.

+1 on a tar silenced, the scar is ok but shoots slower and the ACR is a noob gun with crap power.

I believe the TAR-21+silencer is good when used with cold blooded on both Core and Hardcore modes. I also think the AK47 works well with cold blooded but I don't use that combination a lot.
