You use Resistance fall of man. There's tons of tuts on youtube, type in "RFOM bypass" and just click on one .

What you need:
PS3
A copy of Resistance Fall of Man and Modern Warfare 2

What you need to do:
1) Insert Resistance into your PS3 and start up a new game.
2) Wait until you can control your character. When you can, pause the game.
3) Go to "Save and Quit" and press X - DO NOT PRESS ANYTHING ELSE!!
4) Press the PS button and wait for ALL the icons to load.
5) Eject the disc from the PS3 and insert Modern Warfare 2 - WAIT UNTIL YOU SEE THE DISC.
6) Press the PS button again to exit the XMB
7) Now choose "Yes" to exit the game.

Modern Warfare 2 will now start up without any patches. To play normally with the patches, just quit the game and start it up normally.

NOTE: You CANNOT join or invite people to games/parties

This will work with any game you want to pre patch. Fallout 3 is an example.
