mine does that once in awhile... make sure you have the highest firmware available for you calculator.. then turn your ps3 on.. take disk out and load up the jb till it says plug in usb.. plug the usb in and then shut off your ps3 wait like 30 seconds and then turn the back switch on(or plug it back in) and as fast as possible hit power then eject * make sure you get beeps from both* and then I also turn my remote on but that's just me.

you need to download the ftp server for ps3.. and then when you ps3 is jail-broken us a usb or memory stick and put it and install on your ps3.. then setup a ftp client on your pc and connect.. then take a modded patch(most likely Godly Modz patch..since that's all that's available at the moment) and then just drag and drop onto your hdd.

when I download the FTP server, do I save it straigh to the USB or a folder in the USB like Ps3/Save data or something like that.

and when I download filezilla, what info do i Put?

I just saved it straight to the stick..
Host: (IP ADDRESS that is listed on the PS3-FTP-Server APP)
Username: FTPD12345
Password: *you don't have to put one in*
Port: 21
Then hit Quickconnect

after you've done that once there is an option to just reconnect*that's what I use*

I have my FTP set up, and I upload my GodlyModz patch but I test it on splitscreen but it doesnt work. Do i have to update to 1.11 first? I deleted the 1.11 patch, because of some tutorial. Now I try to update again but it will stop and it says (PS3 has been disconnected from media server)

It keeps on happening, I need help.
