Yes you will, but you lose yourr jailbreak anyways if you upgraded to 3.42 you allready lost jailbreak, but you will keep the modded patch. Because its on the ps3 the ps3 fw doesnt affect youre mw2 patch. Dont be affraid lol, you only lose it when cod mw2 brings a new update(patch) but than still people can host challanfe lobbies, but than with bypass.
