You have to plug in the Dongle, full power cycle and then press power eject.

If you bought an AVRKey you have to flash PSGroove on it yourself then run the exploit.

Not at all, that's a WiFi card (and PS3 comes with that free )

Honestly, if you think a Wi-Fi card can jailbreak a PS3, I have no hope for you.
