You don't need a jailbreak to do the prestige hack on mw2. The patch blocker should work.

If you are hitting X on the summary page after you input your IP address before you hit Start on the patch blocker, then you are making an error. You must hit start on the patch blocker after you input your IP address, then you hit X. That way if all the information is correct, you will be able to go online. The only problem with Unkn0wn's v1.0 patch blocker is that it takes you offline every minute about so make sure you sign back in ASAP.
