So what should i do to get it?

make sure the ethernet is hooked up in the back and go by the IP thats in (Network) Internet Connection Settings to login with WinSCP or filezilla, just don't sign in to PSN

Yeah go to network settings and change ur connection to Type 2 not Type 1.
